The summer heat is finally warming things up a bit in the local economy. Our summer was delayed and it seemed to accent the cool economy. Hopefully, the clouds will burn off and we will start a new trend upward rather than sideways!

We are getting a lot of inquiries from ""new-customers-to-be". The call usually starts with a complaint -- they are dissatisfied with pricing and service from their current suppliers. Their current packaging vendor has been unrealistic with pricing and they want to see if we can offer some help. In addition, they feel a bit forgotten since there salesperson has less attention for them since his or her focus is on new business. This is why we hired Larry Donker. A true veteran in local packaging and a consummate professional. Larry has a high degree of product knowledge and knows how to take care of customers. He is sympathetic to their needs and does a lot of work as an advocate for his customers. His primary job is to make sure that our customers are well taken care of. We have a separate sales group looking for new business so that your account will not be forgotten by a fast-moving salesperson. Makes sense, doesn't it?

Hats off to our box plant crew. They have worked very hard to get all of our equipment in top condition and created a true "team" approach to production. Every member of the the team is cross-trained for nearly every machine in our shop. This gives us the flexibility we need to get your order done in record time.

We are being very competitive with our bids these days. We logged a record 13 new customers last month and we can see that we will be adding to our fine group of customers through the quarter.
